Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationships between psychoanalysis, education, and teacher well-being, considering the influence of unconscious processes in the school context. It is a qualitative bibliographic research, based on classic and contemporary works that articulate psychoanalysis and education. The study aimed to understand how subjective aspects influence the teaching-learning process, highlighting concepts such as the unconscious and transference, which directly impact pedagogical practices and the well-being of teachers. It concludes that psychoanalysis offers important contributions to education, enabling a broader understanding of human subjectivity and school relationships, contributing to more conscious and sensitive pedagogical practices focused on promoting teacher well-being.
