Abstract

Intends to evaluate the competition strategies and level of competitiveness between the and-spring and Mpesa from 2018 at 2023 o'clock; in a height that still the lit and strategic fight prevails for the domain of the market, do give that, in what is reflected measured the strategies adopted by the and-spring front to Mpesa contributed for the competition level and competitiveness from 2018 at 2023 o'clock? Concerning methodology, she chose to the comparative method, exploratory with resource the documental analysis with approach positivista. Took place analysis of the competition among the two companies of the same market of the Coin eletrónica, Movitel and Vodacom, respectively. The results confirm that besides using the net readiness expanded in the rural areas, the main strategy of Marketing of the and-spring, that contributes to improve his/her positioning in the market, lives in the component cost of transactions, where he/she tries to bring tariffs very drops of the market, it was proven also that the microcredit’s service Txuna Mpeza, dynamiter the profits, drove away considered number of indebted Customers.
