Formación y desarrollo profesional en el sector de la ingeniería de minas: estrategias, desafíos e impacto organizacional

Resumen

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar el papel estratégico de la formación y del desarrollo de competencias en la Ingeniería de Minas, destacando su contribución al desempeño técnico, la seguridad operacional y la sostenibilidad organizacional en Angola. La investigación adoptó un enfoque cualitativo, de carácter exploratorio y descriptivo, basado en una revisión bibliográfica de fuentes científicas, institucionales y normativas recientes. Esta metodología permitió identificar modelos de formación, brechas curriculares y prácticas empresariales relevantes en el contexto minero angoleño.
Los resultados muestran que la formación y el desarrollo continuo son factores determinantes para la competitividad y la innovación tecnológica en el sector. Se observó que la integración entre universidades e industria, la creación de centros de excelencia, la certificación técnica y la incorporación de principios ESG en los programas formativos son estrategias esenciales para fortalecer el capital humano y reducir los riesgos operacionales. Se concluye que el fortalecimiento de un sistema integrado de formación y desarrollo profesional sustentado en políticas públicas, cooperación institucional e innovación tecnológica es fundamental para elevar el nivel de competencias de los ingenieros de minas y consolidar una minería más segura, sostenible y basada en el conocimiento.
